Our plans this festive period
With Christmas fast approaching we wanted to update you on our business operations during the festive period.
From 18:00 on Friday 20th December 2019 – 09:00 on Thursday 2nd January 2020 we will be implementing a network freeze as follows:
During the network freeze, no major network changes are planned however our engineers will continue to support and maintain our core infrastructure. Any emergency network maintenance required will be published at the earliest possible date on https://www.streamnetworks.co.uk/network-status-updates/
Technical Support Services
1st Line Telephone Technical support will operate as usual on the 20th and 23rd of December but on the 24th, 27th, 28th, 30th and 31st of December will operate between 09:00 to 17:00, after these hours and on the Bank Holidays our out of hours support engineers will be available on 01635 884171.
During the network freeze period, the Ops team will be available on 01635 884170 as per the 1st Line Technical Support team hours and will progress any outstanding orders where possible, although we will be limited on progress dependant on the underlying carriers network freeze.
