Complete Commercial Fitouts – Cloud and Managed Services Case Study

Complete Commercial Fitouts Ltd (CCF) are a commercial fitouts company to the Private and Public sector who cover all aspects of fitouts, from design to implementation and everything in between.

The Story

CCF were formed in 2015 by Andy Stacey and Pete Barry, two entrepreneurs who had a wealth of experience in their field, but were self-confessed novices were anything IT was concerned. In approaching Stream Networks, they had two fundamental aims; an online presence in the form of a website and consistent communication in the form of email.

Andy Stacey commented “As a new company, we had to keep our start-up costs low, while ensuring all of our requirements were met quickly. Due to our size, Pete and I are always on site carrying out our core operations. As a result of this we do not have a consistent office presence which is why a reliable online presence service is crucial to us. We have to be able to communicate around the clock from anywhere.”

Stream Networks worked closely with Pete and Andy to ensure each party understood the needs and wants of the other. We quickly recommended that their Domain was registered and housed in the Stream Networks portfolio, to ensure that any management or maintenance that was required would not be of their concern.

In discussions, it was decided that the best method to ensure constant communication via email for CCF was to implement on our Hosted Exchange platform – StreamCloud Exchange. This enabled CCF to use a secure, stable and reliable Hosted Exchange Service that is replicated in multiple UK based data centres.

Andy Stacey went on to say “Working with Stream Networks and their platforms has meant we have met every IT target we set out with. It’s very reassuring to know that our systems are supported by an expert team meaning we have no concerns and can worry about what we do best.”
