As is customary for this time of year, we wanted to write and update you with confirmation of our plans for the festive period.
Our Sales, Operations and Accounts departments will be closed from 17:00 on 24/12/21 until 09:00 on 04/01/22
Our technical support department will be open and available from 09:00-17:00 on 29th, 30th and 31st of December, with emergency out of hours support available 24/7 across the Bank Holidays when we are closed.
As is customary for Network Providers at this time of year, Stream have scheduled a network freeze from 16:00 on 17/12/21 until 09:00 on 07/01/22.
During this time, no network maintenance will take place, however we will undertake any necessary emergency works and will communicate these via our website – https://streamnetworks-590.freshstatus.io
Our Operations & Provisioning team will continue to manage all active orders up to the point of service handover in accordance with our suppliers’/carriers’ own network freezes.
Service installation lead times will not include the freeze period; however, we will continue to accept new orders throughout the period.
