Stream Networks are delighted to announce our partnership with full-fibre connectivity provider ITS Technology Group. The partnership enables Stream to access ITS’ entire faster Britain footprint with the addition of a layer 2 interconnect to the Stream network.
The addition of ITS is a further footstep on our journey to bring all of the UK’s full-fibre networks under one roof. The Stream Full Fibre Network is designed to make it easy for our partners to find the best connectivity solutions for their customers and enable Stream to provide our direct customers with leading commercials.
ITS’ main point of difference is the speed with which it can build its Faster Britain networks reusing infrastructure where it can, and pledges to install on net customers within 15 days of an order being placed.
Matt Shanahan, CEO of Stream Networks said: “UK communications infrastructure is expanding like never before thanks to government and private investment. The number of full-fibre projects undertaken by separate companies, all with differing geographical focus, is growing exponentially and it’s important the channel has access to all of these networks from one provider.
“As ITS’ Faster Britain footprint continues to grow at pace, we are delighted to be able to add this to our Stream Wholesale Full Fibre Network which ensures our partners have access to the best connectivity options for customers wherever they may be located.”
Phil Lee, Head of Wholesale at ITS said: “As we continue to invest heavily in the rollout of our Faster Britain network, delivering full-fibre to areas where there is demand, we are really excited to forge this partnership with Stream Networks.
“By making it more straightforward for partners to access high-quality high-speed connectivity, we are removing the reliance on the incumbent provider and helping to accelerate the digital capabilities of businesses previously held back by inadequate services.”
Stream has added ITS’ API to our partner portal, Cascade, ensuring our partners have round the clock access to the ITS network.
