Coronavirus – A message from Stream Networks
We are writing to inform you of the actions already taken by Stream Networks to allow us to continue to work through the ongoing coronavirus epidemic.
Our top priority remains the safety and welfare of our employees while maintaining the high level of customer service that is at the core of everything we do at Stream Networks.
For the past 2 weeks, most of our employees have been working from home to minimise contact within our central office. Having taken a proactive approach to safeguarding both our team the continuing operation of Stream Networks we have been able to ensure that all staff have the tools and facilities necessary to allow them to effectively work remotely and following a series of network upgrades, can assure all of our customers that we have more than enough network capacity to handle the current exceptional usage.
We continue to work closely with our upstream carriers, datacentres and other third-party providers to ensure that they also have plans in place and to allow us to prepare, as much as possible, for the needs of our staff customers and community in this unprecedented and rapidly changing situation.
